Nexperia LFPAK56D Half-Bridge MOSFETs

Nexperia LFPAK56D Half-Bridge MOSFETs feature external leads for easy Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) and flexible leads for BLR. These MOSFETs offer 30% space savings on PCBs compared to LFPAK56D dual and 60% lower parasitic inductance due to internal clip connection.  The LFPAK56D half-bridge MOSFETs support high-performance ID of a maximum of 60A with low thermal resistance and operate within a temperature range from -55°C to +175°C. Typical applications include DC-to-DC systems, automotive systems, LED lighting, and motor drives.
