Nexperia LFPAK56 N-Channel MOSFETs

Nexperia LFPAK56 N-Channel MOSFETs offer a compact alternative to traditional D2PAK and DPAK packages, with up to 81% and 57% space savings, respectively. The design incorporates a copper clip structure that enables high maximum drain current ratings up to 220A and reduces package inductance and resistance. The LFPAK56 MOSFETs feature flexible leads that improve mechanical reliability, while the exposed leads support optical inspection during assembly. These devices are 100% avalanche-tested for reliability. Typical applications include motors, lamps, and solenoid control.
