Nexperia LED Lighting Driver ICs

Nexperia LED Lighting Driver ICs are available in a variety of series and specifications to meet an array of designer needs. Many of these series feature a low voltage overhead of 1.4V, and AEC-Q101 qualified versions are available. These LED drivers come in SOT23 and SOT457 plastic packages and have high current accuracy and stabilized output currents of 10mA to 50mA.
