Nexperia Energy Harvesting PMICs
Nexperia Energy Harvesting Power Management ICs are high-performance energy harvesting solutions for low-power applications that capture energy produced by a photovoltaic cell. The advanced Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) in the energy harvesting PMICs uses an embedded hill-climbing algorithm to deliver maximum power to the load. MPPT circuit can detect the maximum power point with an interval of 0.7sec resulting in maximum efficiency. These PMICs feature a harvesting power range from 35µW to 2mW and a maximum output voltage of 4.5V. Typical applications include beacons, consumer electronics, wireless IoT devices, and smart remote controls.
