Nexperia Constant Current LED Drivers
Nexperia Linear Constant Current LED Drivers are AEC-Q101 qualified NCR devices that are easy to use, reliable, cost-efficient, and do not affect EMC. The LED drivers offer a simple and robust solution to drive low- and medium-power LEDs up to 250mA. These devices provide stabilized output currents from 10mA to 50mA by reducing board space and component count. The LED drivers feature high current accuracy, multi-sourcing capability, space-saving, and future-proof. These devices are available in SOT23, SOT353, SOT457, SOT223, and DFN2020D-6 five package options. The LED drivers are ideally used in the constant current sources, consumer electronics, automotive interior, and exterior lighting.
