Nexperia Automotive ASFETs for Repetitive Avalanche
Nexperia Automotive ASFETs for Repetitive Avalanche feature dual, logic level N-channel MOSFET in an LFPAK56D package that uses application-specific repetitive avalanche silicon technology. The automotive ASFETs are fully automotive and are qualified for AEC-Q101, making them highly resilient to stress. The LFPAK copper clip technology on these ASFETs ensures high robustness and reliability. These ASFETs have a total power dissipation range at 25°C from 32W to 64W and a drain current rating range from 16A to 40A. The Automotive ASFETs are ideal for various applications, including actuator and auxiliary loads, engine control, repetitive avalanche topologies, and transmission control.
