Molex Spot-On Connector System

Molex Spot-On 1.50mm and 2mm Connector System is a high-performance SMT wire-to-board solution, designed to enhance process capabilities and mechanical reliability while offering protection against water ingress in white goods that require potting. Featuring a higher-profile plug housing, this system prevents potting material from entering the connector. The SMT mounting tails simplify assembly by reducing manual labor, enabling automated processes.

With a flexible design, the Molex Spot-On 1.5mm and 2mm connectors offer several key benefits, including fully polarized, color-coded receptacle housings that ensure correct mating of the wired assembly, minimizing the risk of wire mismatching. The 1.50mm connectors can handle up to 100V, while the 2mm connectors support up to 250V. Both systems operate within a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. With a durability of up to 30 cycles, these connectors are ideal for use in air conditioners, refrigerators, microwave ovens, washing machines, water heaters, and stoves.
