If one small component did all the heavy lifting in an electronic device or appliance, then let me introduce you to Premo-Flex One-Touch Flat Flexible Cable Jumpers from Molex. Durable and flexible, they’ll help you if you need a reliable board-to-board or board-to-display interconnect.
Premo-Flex One-Touch FFC Jumpers mate with Molex Easy-On One-Touch Connectors to provide single-step mating with auto-locking for quick and reliable connections. They’re able to withstand multiple 180° bending cycles and can operate at temperatures up to 105 degrees Celsius. The jumpers have a 0.5-millimeter contact pitch, with options for contacts on the same or opposite sides of the jumper. They’re available in lengths from 51 to 305 millimeters and with 10 to 80 circuits. Additional custom options include ground terminals for improved signal integrity and folds.
