These connectors feature spring carriers made of plastic housing and zinc die-cast spring carriers, making them more durable and cost-effective. The Brad M12 Ultra-Lock 2.0 cables are Weld-Slag and Oil-Resistant (WSOR), which can withstand multiple harsh environmental conditions, including welding and cutting oil. These cables can also deliver rugged, high-flex, and high-torsion performance over a wide temperature range. These connector systems can operate within the temperature range from -25°C to +85°C with a current rating ranging from 1.5A to 4A. The Brad M12 Ultra-Lock 2.0 connector system is generally used in automotive production equipment (including robotics), difficult-to-access areas, industrial automation, machines, and line builders.
