KEMET T498 and T499 SMD Tantalum Capacitors
KEMET T498 and T499 Series SMD Tantalum Capacitors feature tape and reel standard packaging per EIA 481. The T498 and T499 SMD tantalum capacitors come with 100% steady-state accelerated aging and surge current testing. T498 and T499 SMD tantalum capacitors display an operating temperature range from -55°C to +150°C and -55°C to +175°C, respectively. These tantalum capacitors offer leakage current of ≤0.01CV and rated capacitance ranges from 0.1μF to 220μF and 0.15μF to 220μF. Typical applications include automotive, control units, DC/DC converters, industrial, portable electronics, and telecommunications.
