KEMET T498 and T499 SMD Tantalum Capacitors
KEMET T498 and T499 Series SMD Tantalum Capacitors feature tape and reel standard packaging per EIA 481. These capacitors come with 100% steady-state accelerated aging and surge current testing. T498 and T499 SMD tantalum capacitors display an operating temperature range from -55°C to +150°C and -55°C to +175°C, respectively. These devices offer a leakage current of ≤0.01CV and a rated capacitance ranging from 0.1μF to 220μF and 0.15μF to 220μF. Typical applications include automotive, control units, DC/DC converters, industrial, portable electronics, and telecommunications.
