KEMET T322 and T323 MIL-PRF-49137/1 and /5 Tantalum Capacitors
KEMET T322 and T323 MIL-PRF-49137/1 and /5 Tantalum Capacitors are through-hole molded axial Military Style CX01 and CX05 capacitors. These tantalum capacitors are designed specifically for high-speed automatic insertion applications and are ideally suited for use in printed wiring boards and all applications requiring a high degree of packaging density. They have capacitance values of 0.1μF to 330μF, tolerances of ±5%, ±10% and ±20%, a voltage rating of 2VDC to 50VDC, and an operating temperature range of −55°C to +125°C. Typical applications include blocking, bypassing and filtering in commercial computers, communications, data processing, decoupling, and other electronic equipment.
