IXYS IXD Series MOSFET Gate Drivers
Littelfuse IXYS IXD Series MOSFET Gate Drivers are ultrafast low-side power MOSFET and IGBT gate driver ICs that consist of several series, including IXD_602, IXD_604SI, IXD_604SIA, IXD_609, IXD_614, and IXD_630. These MOSFET gate drivers come in 2A, 4A, 9A, 14A, and 30A versions, and the IXD_604SI and IXD_604SIA versions are automotive-grade (AEC-Q100). The RoHS-compliant IXD series MOSFET gate drivers operate at a temperature range from -40°C to +125°C and offer a supply current of 10μA. Typical applications include brushless DC motors, electronic power steering, and motor controls.
