Daniels Manufacturing (DMC) Safe-T-Cable

Daniels Manufacturing Safe-T-Cable uses a simplified application method that relies on a precisely calibrated application tool for proper installation rather than operator skills. The Safe-T-Cable system includes multiple components such as the calibrated tool, pre-assembled cables, individual crimp ferrules, tools and accessories, noses, verification equipment, and tool kits. The cables are constructed of high tensile strength, stranded cable, and are available in four nominal diameters of 0.022", 0.032", 0.040", and 0.062". The calibrated tools are available in manual, battery, and pneumatic options with multiple nose lengths to accommodate most applications. The noses are interchangeable between tools for the same cable size.

The Safe-T-Cable ferrules are precisely manufactured to sizes and hardness that ensure compatibility with the cable assemblies and tools. The accessories include a spanner wrench, nose extender, replacement tension assemblies, diagonal cutters, and fiberglass sleeving. The Safe-T-Cable torque verification block and push force tester can be used to verify the tensioning mechanism of the cable. The Safe-T-Cable tool kits are available in a variety of specifications, including multi-tool configurations with and without verification equipment to support specific requirements and for military purposes.
