Cree LED Optimizing 4-Channel Color Mixing Systems for Color Rendering
This Cree LED application note explores the advantages and disadvantages of using different LED colors as the fourth channel in a 4-channel system, supplementing the existing three channels of red, green, and royal blue. All the scenarios explored in this application note were optimized to achieve the highest possible CRI Ra across a standard range of white lights.
