Cera-Mite Ceramic Disc Capacitors
Vishay Cera-Mite Ceramic Disc Capacitors are available in lower- and high-voltage versions. The lower-voltage versions feature low losses, high stability, radial leads, and high capacitance in small sizes. The high-voltage versions feature low inductance, high insulation resistance, and epoxy-coated capacitors with screw terminal mounting. Applications include bypassing, coupling, decoupling, CO2 lasers, DC blocking, DC and pulse high voltage, high voltage power supplies, industrial, lighting ballasts, SMPS, switching power supplies, welding equipment, and X-ray equipment.
561R and 562R Series Ceramic Disc Capacitors
Vishay Cera-Mite 561R and 562R Series Ceramic Disc Capacitors have a capacitance range of 10pF to 10nF and a tolerance on capacitance of ±10%. Their rated voltage is 1000VDC with an operating temperature range of -55°C to +105°C.
564R and 565R Series Ceramic Disc Capacitors
Vishay Cera-Mite 564R and 565R Series Ceramic Disc Capacitors have a capacitance range of 10pF to 0.10μF and a tolerance on capacitance of ±10%, ±20%, -20% to +80%. They have a rated voltage range of 2 kVDC to 7.5 kVDC and an operating temperature range of -25°C to +105°C.

Vishay Cera-Mite 715C..KT... Series Ceramic Disc Capacitors have a capacitance range of 100pF to 8nF with capacitance tolerances of ±20%. They have a rated voltage range of 10kVDC to 50kVDC and an operating temperature range of -30°C to +85°C.
