Bourns PTVS Diodes
Bourns Power TVS (PTVS) Diodes are available in a number of different series and are high current surge suppression devices. They are available with peak current ratings of 1kA, 2kA, 3kA, 6kA, 10kA, 15kA, or 20kA and feature low clamping voltage under surge. These bidirectional TVS diodes are RoHS compliant and provide excellent performance over temperature in either surface mount or through-hole packages.
