Bourns MLU Series ChipGuard ESD Protectors
Bourns MLU Series ChipGuard ESD Protectors are specifically designed to protect sensitive electronic components from electrostatic discharge damage. The MLU ChipGuard ESD protectors can operate at a temperature ranging from -40°C to +125°C with a maximum response time of 1ns. These MLU ChipGuard ESD protectors offer a maximum capacitance of 0.05pF and leakage current of less than 5nA with excellent clamp qualities, making them almost transparent under normal working conditions. Typical applications include memory protection, SIM card ports, Digital Visual Interface (DVI), and automotive.
