KYOCERA AVX Transient Suppression Diodes are designed for general-purpose protection against voltage transients. These diodes use glass passivated chip technology to provide low leakage and high reliability. The transient suppression diodes offer fast response time, flat clamping characteristics, and are available in 400W, 600W, and 1500W ratings. These devices offer a peak reverse voltage from 5V to 440V and an operating temperature range from -55°C to +150°C. Applications include consumer, industrial, telecom, and computer systems.
