Aptiv Aptiv Automotive Data Connectivity Systems
Aptiv (formerly Delphi Connection Systems) has developed an expanding portfolio of cables, connectors and consumer ports to allow communication of audio, video and navigation data within vehicles. These devices use standard automotive electrical system components and standard USB connectors, and cost effective, off-the-shelf USB cables. These easily serviceable components meet USCAR-30 and USB specifications. They are easily adaptable to USB, 1394, LVDS and MOST protocols.
GT Series Connectors
The GT 150, 280 & 630 Series GT Connection Systems with silver interface platings pass the SAE J2030* Heavy-Duty Electrical Connector Standard. GT Connectors feature tangless terminals with stamped serrations, pump-handle primary locks with integrated Connector Position Assurance (CPA), and female terminals compatible with ISO or SAE blades
Power Pack Series Connectors
The Aptiv Power Pack offers high current carrying capacity with a proven terminal system. They are compact in design and feature a silver-plated multi-contact terminal system.
Metri-Pack Series Connectors
Aptiv Metri-Pack Connection Systems use internationally standardized male blade sizes and are designed to be compatible with a variety of processing techniques. These interconnects are available sealed or unsealed, and pass the SAE J2030* Heavy-Duty Electrical Connector Standard. The Metri-Pack connectors are environmentally sealed electronic headers with current capacity of 14 amps.
HES Series Connectors
Aptiv HES Connectors are available as Harsh Environment Series Circular Connectors and Harsh Environment Series Terminals.
