Amphenol FCI OSFP-XD Copper Cable Assemblies
Amphenol FCI OSFP-XD (Hexadecimal Small Form Factor Pluggable) Copper Cable Assemblies are designed for high-performance data transfer and support next-generation network requirements. These cables provide compatibility with PCIe Gen 5, and future signaling protocols of 112G/lane and 224G/lane. The OSFP-XD assemblies deliver aggregate bandwidths of 400G, 800G, and up to 1.6T/cable. These devices support data rates of 25G NRZ, 56G PAM4, 112G PAM4, and 224G PAM4, with cable sizes of 32AWG.
The OSFP-XD copper cable assemblies offer passive variants with active options under development while optimizing heat dissipative and airflow features to maximize the heat dissipative properties of the system. These components are ideal for low-latency communications systems, network interface cards, routers, switches, data center networking, and high-performance computing.
