The 134D Series is a wet tantalum, high-temperature capacitor with a glass-to-tantalum hermetic seal for your -5°C to 200°C operation. With a high-capacitance offering of 10uf up to 1000uf, the 134D Series has axial leads with standard terminations of tin/lead (Sn/Pb) or 100 percent tin (RoHS-compliant) available. These capacitors are capable of withstanding a minimum 500-hour life test at a temperature of 200°C at the applicable derated DC working voltage.
The primary uses for the Vishay/Sprague 134D Series are industrial applications in a high-temperature/high-stress environment and in petroleum exploration.
