The 200V TMBS® rectifiers feature a wide range of current ratings from 5A to 30A in the power TO-220AB, TO-220AC, TO-262AA, TO-263AB, ITO-220AB, and ITO-220AC packages. With low forward voltage drops down to 0.65V typical at 15A, the rectifiers are designed for use in high frequency DC/DC converters, switching power supplies, freewheeling diodes, OR-ing diode, and reverse battery protection.
The 200V TMBS series from Vishay include VT5202-M3, VFT5202-M3, VBT5202-M3, VIT5202-M3, V20202G, VF20202G, VB20202G, VI20202G, V30202C, VF30202C, VB30202C, and VI30202C. They are available in single or dual configurations and are rated up to 175°C.
