Yageo P6KE Series DO-15 Axial TVS Diodes feature JEDEC DO-15 moulded plastic and a glass passivated junction with low zener impedance and excellent clamping capability. The TVS diodes have an operating junction and storage temperature range from -55°C to +150°C and 600W peak pulse power capability at 10/1000μs waveform. The diodes are RoHS- compliant, halogen-free, and have fast response time. Typical applications of P6KE series TVS diodes include I/O interface and low frequency signal transmission lines.
