Yageo AF1xx Anti-Sulfurated Array Chip Resistors
Yageo AF122/AF124/AF162/AF164 Anti-Sulfurated Array Chip Resistors are 4- and 8-pin, 2- and 4-resistor, convex chip resistor arrays with lead-free terminations made by thick film process. These resistors are AEC-Q200 qualified and RoHS compliant, with halogen-free epoxy. These devices feature high component and equipment reliability and PCB space savings. Additionally, these are available in case sizes/packages of 0402 and 0603, with tolerances of ±1% and ±5%. Applications include terminals for SDRAM and DDRAM, high-end computers and multimedia electronics in high sulfur environments, consumer electronic equipment such as PDAs and PNDs, and mobile phone and telecom.
