WIMA Snubber FKP and MKP Capacitors are available both as double-sided metallized pulse versions and for extremely high pulse ratings in self-healing film/foil technology. These capacitors' electrical performance as well as the manifold number of available connecting options make the WIMA snubber technology unique. They feature self-healing, particularly reliable contact configurations of 4-pin versions and screwable plate connections and a very low dissipation factor. These devices are AEC-Q200 qualified and have an operating temperature range of -55°C to 105°C. The snubber FKP and MKP capacitors are commonly used in IGBT applications.
