Vishay SiR576DP N-Channel MOSFETs

Vishay SiR576DP Series N-Channel MOSFETs are 150V TrenchFET Gen V power MOSFETs. These MOSFETs are available in PowerPAK SO-8 packages and are single-configuration. These MOSFETs feature very low R_DS x Q_g figure-of-merit (FOM) and are tuned for the lowest R_DS x Q_oss FOM. Applications used include DC/DC converters, motor drive control, power supplies, primary side switches, and synchronous rectification.
