Vishay General Semiconductor US1x Series Surface-Mount Ultrafast Rectifiers
Vishay General Semiconductor US1x Series Surface-Mount Ultrafast Rectifiers consist of the series US1A, US1B, US1D, US1G, US1J, US1K, and US1M and are available in a SMA (DO-214AC) case. These rectifiers have a low-profile package and are ideal for automated placement. They have an ultrafast reverse recovery time and feature a glass passivated pallet chip junction. Additionally, the US1x rectifiers feature low switching losses with high efficiency and have a high forward surge capability.
