Vishay General Semiconductor S1x Series Surface-Mount Glass Passivated Rectifiers
Vishay General Semiconductor S1x Series Surface-Mount Glass Passivated Rectifiers are available in series S1A, S1B, S1D, S1G, S1J, S1K, and S1M with a SMA (DO-214AC) case. These rectifiers have a molding compound that meets the UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. These S1x rectifiers are RoHS-compliant, with some available as halogen-free versions, some are commercial-grade, and others are AEC-Q101 qualified.
