Vishay General Semiconductor eSMP Series SMP TRANSZORB Transient Voltage Suppressors feature an ultra-slim profile of just 1mm and seamlessly integrate into space-constrained environments and are tailored for automated assembly, optimizing manufacturing efficiency. These SMP diodes deliver robust protection against transient voltage spikes, exhibiting exceptional clamping capability, shielding sensitive electronics from voltage surges, and reacting promptly to transient events. The eSMP TVS diodes can withstand up to 400W peak pulse power under a 10/1000μs waveform with a maximum instantaneous forward voltage of 2.5V at 25A. eSMP series SMP TVS diodes find their use in sensitive electronics protection against voltage transients induced by inductive load switching and lighting on ICs, MOSFET, and signal lines of sensor units for consumer, computer, industrial, and telecommunication.
