TT Electronics WA80 Cement Coated Wirewound Resistors
TT Electronics / Welwyn WA80 Cement Coated Wirewound Resistors are general purpose resistors that provide power ratings from 1W to 5W at 25°C. These resistors feature flameproof protection, hot tin dipped copper wire terminations, and an optional surface mount ZI-form configuration. The WA80 series covers resistance tolerances from ±1% to ±10% and operates within a temperature range from -55°C to +200°C. These WA80 resistors have a maximum limiting element voltage of 150V, a maximum isolation voltage of 500V, and TCR values of 200ppm/°C for resistance values ≥1Ω and 350ppm/°C for values <1Ω. Applications include pulse handling and instances where carbon composition resistors can be replaced.
