TT Electronics Wide Gap Slotted Optical Switches provide the flexibility of a custom device from a standard product line and the remote-mounted switch offers a 24” (610mm) 26 AWG wire interconnect. The wide gap optical switches utilize a 0.375” (9.5mm) wide slot with this a user can specify the electrical output parameters, discrete shell material, and the aperture width. These switches operate at a temperature ranging from -40°C to +80°C. Wide Gap Slotted optical switches support power dissipation of 100mW. Typical applications include assembly line automation, equipment security, machine automation, and non-contact interruptive object sensing.
