TT Electronics OPR2100 Six-Element Photodiode Arrays
TT Electronics OPR Series Six-Element Photodiode Arrays feature a high-temperature Surface Mount Device (SMD) chip carrier that can withstand extreme operating conditions. These photodiode arrays with opaque chip carriers enclose six individual chips mounted on isolated cathode contacts to allow external connection in any desired configuration. The OPR series arrays operate within the temperature range from -55°C to +125°C with a reverse voltage breakdown of 50V. The OPR six-element photodiode arrays with low leakage current are designed specifically for industrial encoder and motor encoder applications.
