TT Electronics OMH High Reliability Hallogic Hall-Effect Sensors
TT Electronics OMH Series High-Reliability Hallogic Hall-Effect Sensors contain a monolithic integrated circuit with a hall element, linear amplifier, threshold amplifier, and Schmitt trigger on a single Hallogic silicon chip. These Hall-Effect sensors are available in Uni-Polar and Bi-Polar variants for diverse magnetic field applications.
The Uni-Polar variant activates with a logic level "0" when a south pole's magnetic field reaches the device's face and deactivates with a logic level "1" at a minimum field strength. The Bi-Polar variant switches on with a logic level "0" in the presence of a south pole and switches off with a logic level "1" when exposed to a north pole. The sensors feature logic-level output and provide up to 21mA of sink current using power supplies ranging from 4.5V to 24V. These Hall-Effect devices find applications in various fields, including non-contact switching operations, brushless DC motors, and aerospace systems.
