TT Electronics HVC Resistors
TT Electronics / Welwyn High Voltage Chip (HVC) Resistors use a resistive thick film material on a 96% alumina substrate, with resistance tolerances from ±0.5% to ±10%. These resistors support continuous voltages up to 3kV and overload voltages up to 4kV. The HVC resistors offer a maximum thermal impedance of 200°C/W and operate within a temperature range from -55°C to +155°C. These resistors feature wrap-around terminations for reflow or wave soldering and are available with anti-sulphur and AEC-Q200 grades. Typical applications include ceramic substrates, printed circuit boards, and reflow soldering.
