Utilizing metal element technology and approved with AEC-Q200, the series includes options such as Pb-free terminations. With a power rating of 2W at a rated ambient temperature of 70°C and a de-rate to 0W at 225°C, the maximum ambient temperature is 160°C. The resistance range spans from 2mΩ to 0.05Ω, with a tolerance of 1% and a TCR of 20ppm/°C. These devices are found in applications like power management systems, motor controls, automotive electronics, battery management systems, and industrial equipment.
