TT Electronics / IRC LRF3W Series Low-Value 3W Chip Resistors feature a 3W power rating in a 1225 package and offer a resistance range from 3mΩ to 100mΩ with tolerances as tight as ±1%. AEC-Q200 qualified, these resistors provide low thermal impedance and wide terminations for enhanced robustness, complying with the EU Directive 2011/65/EU amended by (EU) 2015/863 (RoHS3). With a TCR of ±550 ppm/°C for resistances <R004 and ±100 ppm/°C for resistances ≥R004, a dielectric withstand of 200V, and an ambient temperature range of -55°C to +150°C.
