Toshiba TLP579xH Series Gate Drive Optocouplers

Toshiba TLP579xH Series Gate Drive Optocouplers integrate an infrared LED with a high-gain photo IC detector in a compact SO6L package. These devices provide reinforced insulation and high common-mode transient immunity, enabling robust gate driving systems. The TLP579xH series optocouplers feature an operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C and supply voltage range from 10V to 30V.
