Toshiba offers TCKE8xx Series e-Fuse ICs through TTI, Inc. Unlike conventional fuses, the Toshiba eFuse IC (electronic fuse) has a high-speed current interruption function as a result of the built-in MOSFETs are turning off when excessive current flows. It is not destroyed by a single overcurrent and can be used repeatedly.
