The terminals and splices are made with a high-conductivity copper body and color-coded PVC insulation. These terminals provide a connection of maximum conductivity, tensile strength, and high resistance to corrosion. - Funneled wire entry on the terminal prevents turned-back wire strands and permits rapid wire insertion during high-speed production
- Insulation is 94V-0 rated
- Most product is UL and CSA approved
- Most products are rated to 105°C, with an operating voltage of 600V
- Serrations in the crimp barrel provide maximum contact and tensile strength after crimping
- Vinyl insulation sleeve provides good dielectric strength and supports the wire insulation so that no bare wire is exposed
