TE Connectivity XFP Series Connectors
TE Connectivity XFP Series Connectors feature a latch design that makes installing and replacing XFP modules easier. The XFP connectors provide improved thermal management with a riding heat sink. These connectors have a flammability rating of UL 94V-0 and the housing material is made up of Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) that has excellent resistance to high temperatures. XFP connectors operate at a maximum contact current rating of 0.5A and a temperature range from -55°C to +85°C. Typical applications include data centers, enterprise networking, high-performance computing, ISPs, and Storage Area Networks (SANs).
