TE Connectivity SIAMEZE Terminals

TE Connectivity SIAMEZE Insulation Displacement Contact (IDC) Terminals are engineered for interconnecting copper and aluminum magnet wires, lead wires, and other components. The SIAMEZE terminals feature terminal technology that eliminates the need to strip the film insulation from copper and aluminum magnet wires and lead wires. The terminals are available in Lead Lok, quick disconnect tabs, wire-to-wire, posts, pin, and receptacle terminals. These terminals have space-saving sizes for small motor designs and are available in various interconnection options to provide design flexibility. The terminals can be used as semi-automatic bench machines or integrated into production lines for fully automatic applications.

SIAMEZE Lead Lok terminals provide perpendicular and parallel lead wire strain relief retention forces over 20lbs (90N). These terminals feature inserters that automatically position and secure lead wire during insertion for manual, semi-automated, fully automated systems, allowing for lead wire termination.
