TE Connectivity PLASTI-GRIP Terminals and Splices
TE Connectivity PLASTI-GRIP Terminals and Splices provide insulated electrical terminations with copper bodies, tin plating, and PVC insulation sleeves to protect wires and maintain conductivity. These terminals and splices feature serrated crimp barrels, funneled wire entry, and color-coded insulation to support secure crimping and rapid wire insertion. The PLASTI-GRIP terminals and splices feature an operating voltage of 600V and a maximum operating temperature of 105°C. These devices have wire ranges from 26AWG to 2/0AWG and UL 94V-0 vinyl insulation. Typical applications include panel boxes, motors, switchgear, power supplies, HVAC systems, lighting, transportation equipment, and repair and installation.
