TE Connectivity/Raychem S1260 High Temperature Hot Melt Tape Adhesives use a modified fluoropolymer for environmental resistance and sealing in high temperature systems. The S1260 tape adhesives are ideal for sealing high-temperature heat-shrink components to backshells, as well as power cables with fluoropolymer, fluoroelastomer insulations, and jackets. This tape preserves cable properties in ground defense and aerospace applications. S1260 tape adhesives operate within a temperature range from -55°C to +240°C and resist solvents and fluids typically found in aerospace and defense environments, such as cleaning compounds, jet fuel, hydraulic fluids, and lubricating oils.
