TE Connectivity Grace Inertia Connectors
TE Connectivity 2.5mm and 3mm Grace Inertia Connectors offer the design-in variety needed for always-on connectivity. These connectors are an excellent solution for helping to eliminate human error during assembly by utilizing an inertia locking mechanism to complete the circuit and “lock” the connector simultaneously. This feature can improve mating reliability, helps prevent mismatching, and can reduce the need for complicated inspection processes. These connectors are designed to be used with an option Terminal Position Assurance device (TPA), which ensures contacts are fully seated in the housing.
The 2.5mm and 3mm Grace Inertia Connectors come with advanced design concepts to facilitate a more stable, reliable, and durable connection. These connectors feature an inertia locking mechanism that helps prevent connectors from being disconnected during movement or transportation. The small wire-to-wire connectors can be used in a wide range of large electrical products from home appliances to vending machines.
