TE Connectivity MULTI-BEAM XLE Power Connectors feature a 3-beam contact, made from a thicker (higher) conductivity material than the original single-beam or 4-bea rectangular power connector designs. The MULTI-BEAM XLE power connectors allow a greater angular misalignment between mating connectors and offer a lower mating force. These power connectors offer a current carrying capacity of 80A high power contact and 20A low power contact. Typical applications include 1U / 2U servers, high-end computer equipment, telecommunications equipment, modular hot-swappable power supplies, power distribution cable assemblies, and power distribution circuit boards.
