TE Connectivity SCHRACK V23050 Series Safety Relay, also known as the SR6, has forcibly guided contacts to help minimize switching issues. These relays are designed in a way that its “make” and “break” contacts cannot be simultaneously in the closed position, even in the event of a major malfunction such as contact welding or a contact spring breaking. The relays are compact and have excellent dielectric withstand characteristics. Typical applications include elevator, escalator control systems, “emergency stop” controls, light (photoelectric) curtains, and safety controls for industrial machinery such as presses and saws.
