TE Connectivity M12 X-code Field Installable Connectors allow installers and machinery makers to achieve an error-free, tool-less Cat6A connection termination faster than standard data connector solutions. These connectors consist of only two parts, making it easy to install in the field without dropping parts into unrecoverable places. The cable leads can be stripped to any length, eliminating the need for upfront measurements. They are terminated for optimal performance using TE's patented lever technology and the integrated automatic wire cut-off function. This unique standardized tool-less connector series speeds up assembly time for both the cable and cable braid. The final closing of the connector ensures an error-free 10 Gbps connection (Cat6A) with IP67 (optionally IP68) environmental shielding, all without the use of any tools.
