TE Connectivity / AMP Econoseal Pin and Socket Connectors are sealed circular connectors and overcome common issues found in soft rubber sealed connectors, such as assembly complexity, electrical failures from flexing, and mating difficulties. These devices offer versatility with AMP Multimate type III+ and VI contacts for single-conductor wires, as well as AMP subminiature COAXICON contacts for coaxial cables. They are available in sizes ranging from 1 to 9 positions and come in housing styles for both free-hanging and panel-mount applications. The features include numbered contact cavities on both sides, retention rings with gripping ribs on plug housings, and locking tabs with polarizing slots on receptacle housings, ensuring secure and reliable connections.
