TE Connectivity AMPLIVAR Splices and Terminals support direct termination of magnet wire without pre-stripping and create a solid mechanical and electrical connection through a controlled compression crimp. These components use serrated designs that cut through enamel insulation while securing copper or aluminum conductors in a single operation. These devices feature a maximum operating temperature of +150°C and wire ranges from 30AWG to 6AWG. These devices come with a material thickness range from 0.010" to 0.032" and have tin, gold, and unplated plating options. Applications include motors, coils, transformers, alternators, solenoids, compressors, and other magnet-wire-based assemblies.
