AMP TE Connectivity AMP+ Manual Service Disconnects
TE Connectivity AMP+ Manual Service Disconnects provide a secure method to isolate high-voltage circuits in electric vehicles. These disconnects feature a finger-actuated, two-stage lever system that opens the High Voltage Interlock Loop (HVIL) circuit before the HV contacts are separated. The manual service disconnects feature a fuse rating of up to 630A and a voltage rating of 450VDC. These devices come with an operating temperature range from -40°C to +65°C and a storage temperature range from -40°C to +85°C. Applications include HV pack-to-pack connections, EV service isolation, and emergency HV disconnect.
